Rue Mouffetard & Place de la Contrescarpe – Bustling, lively, and crepes you’ll dream about.
Montmartre
Wander west of Sacré-Cœur around Rue des Abbesses and Rue Lepic for the best cafés and people-watching.
Marais
Place des Vosges – Stunning square, perfect for lounging.
Marché des Enfants Rouges – Oldest food market in Paris, great for lunch.
Pretty streets around **Arts et Métiers, Rue Montorgueil, and **Rue du Temple.
République to La Villette
Walk along Canal St. Martin from Place de la République up to Bassin de la Villette. Snacks, drinks, and plenty of people-watching along the way.
La Rotonde often has weekend markets and events.
La Villette itself is buzzy at night, full of bars and music.
